If the accumulated work difference is too large, the quality and accuracy of the saw blade will be seriously affected .
2. The structure of the gear grinding machine affects the gear grinding. The quality of the gear grinding of the alloy circular saw blade depends on the model structure and assembly. At present, there are about two types of models in the market: the first type is the German Folmer type, and this type of machine adopts the vertical type. The sliding precision of the dovetail is poor, the clamping piece has low stability, the center of the support piece is difficult to adjust, the gear extraction mechanism or the safety is poor, the two sides of the plane and the left and right rear angles are not ground at the same center, resulting in large deviations and angles It is difficult to control, and it is difficult to ensure accuracy due to mechanical wear.
3. Welding factors. The alloy has a large deviation during welding, which affects the grinding accuracy, resulting in a large pressure on the grinding head and a small pressure on the other. The back angle also produces the above factors. The welding angle is poor, and the unavoidable factors are all right. The grinding wheel and other factors have an unavoidable influence during grinding.
