Metal band saws are used as sawing equipment, and the saw blade may break due to improper operation during use. What is the reason? With this question, the editor of Rimin and everyone will understand:
1. Cylinder wear: When air enters the lifting cylinder or the oil is poor, the cylinder wear control valve will be out of control, the saw frame cannot fall at a uniform speed, and the saw tooth chipping will occur.
2. Belt aging: Intermittent throwing may occur during operation, which will cause the saw band to stop intermittently and weakly during cutting, resulting in tooth collapse.
3. When sawing channel steel, round pipe, square pipe and other foreign objects, if the feed amount is not controlled properly, it is easy to happen the phenomenon of tooth loss, so pay special attention when feeding.
4. After a long time use, the guide block of the sawing machine may wear out, which may cause the saw band to fail to cut vertically during the cutting process, resulting in accidents and damage to the saw band.
5. Improper operation: The above phenomenon is prone to occur when the workpiece is not clamped, or the workpiece is loose or vibrated during sawing.
6. External force: When affected by the surrounding punching, forging equipment vibration and the loosening of the band saw machine's fixing bolts, the saw frame will shake the band saw blade during the cutting process, and the saw blade will break.
